Shipping Policy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter information such as the delivery destination address accurately. If there is any misinformation from the buyer’s side, DAMDAM Ceramic Studio will not be responsible. 

DAMDAM Ceramic Studio accepts deliveries in Indonesia and out of indonesia.

Buyers can choose 2 options for shipping orders on the website, pick up and shipping. Buyers who choose the pickup option can pick up orders for free by visiting the store’s address on Jl. Garuda Raya No.4, Jurang Manggu Tim., Kec. Pd. Aren, South Tangerang City, Banten 15155, when our shop is open (Monday – Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm). Please make an appointment with us when you want to pick up the order so we can make sure it can be picked up. 

For buyers who choose the shipping option, we use J&T for delivery orders in Indonesia, online courier for delivery in Jakarta and by air or by sea for delivery orders out of Indonesia . Upon checking out your order, you will be charged a shipping fee that’s higher than usual. That’s because for every shipment has to be packed with wooden create / box to make sure that piece arrived safely.

Estimated delivery depends on our choice of courier. Please understand that any estimated delivery date listed on the website, confirmation email, and other written materials is an estimate only and does not represent a guarantee.
