Refunds & Return Policy

 

We do not accept refunds. It is your responsibility to read the product details provided for any discrepancies between the promotional material and the actual product. For more information regarding this, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.

Defective items must be reported to DAMDAM Ceramic within 24 hours from the delivery date and an unboxing video is required. A photo of the damaged part, along with the box and packaging with all visible labels must be sent to DAMDAM Ceramic by email with the report (Email to [email protected]). Damage beyond the 1 day limit will not be refunded as time-sensitive insurance claims will interfere. Refund or product exchange will be discussed on a case by case basis.
