About Us

In 2016 Damar Bagus Permadi (IKJ Craft Arts Alumni and lecturer) finally realize his dream and opened DAMDAM Ceramic Studio. Due to limit funds, in 2016 Damar opened his studio by living in relative’s studio. Two years later, finally Damdam Ceramic Studio has its own studio space.

Focusing on functional ceramics that can be customized according to a customer designs. Damdam Ceramic Studios customer include coffee shop, restaurants, companies, communities, as well as individuals. Now Damar is not alone, Damdam Ceramic Studio is an open studio for Indonesian artists. From the kindness of relatives who supported him at the beginning of the business, he hopes to continue to spread his wings wider so that more and more artists will use the studio to grow their own work so that more people can enjoy the great work of Indonesian ceramic artists.

Our Team

Ady Putraka, ”The Glazing Maker”

Is an alumnus of the Institute Technology Bandung majoring in ceramics. Ady is a very kind person, friendly, and always looks young. He is a senior ceramicist as well as a mentor, who is very experienced in the world of ceramics. At damdam ceramics he is a glaze specialist. He prepares, mixes and makes sure this glaze is good for use. He has been with damdam ceramics for 4 years

Maria Aurellia “The Illustrator"

Is a talented young designer, Maria graduated from the Institute of Kesenian in Jakarta. She is a friendly, kind, cheerful and sweet person. She is the one who designs everything related to the branding of DamDam on social media and ensures that all design concepts for DamDam Ceramics speaks to our company’s identity and always follows the trends.

Ulfiana Handini

She is an alumnus of Perbanas Institute. She’s a good person, and friendly. She is the manager and finance of Damdam Ceramics. She also manages all the needs of ours. She also organized all of our custom orders from local and international clients cheerfully helping with all of the client needs.
